I use honey every day and this is the best tasting local honey. Its on my toasted waffle with peanut butter every morning, hot tea, smoothies and used in many no-bake bars. Since this is made from pollen of local plants and we take a spoonful during season allergies.

Uhhhh, don’t ask what the ratios are though, just mix what seems best
